HELP! Anyone who has used zinc tablets for acne!?
I've had acne for a long time and tried soo many things. nothing that the derm gave me work … so now I'm tempted to natural material. I have many good reviews from people on-line zinc used to clear their acne and i want to read it a try. But what I wanted to know is … 1) what kind of pills I take zinc? (I've heard, chelation, but idk) 2) How much do I need a day? 3) It is ok to wirth take the pill? (I'm here) for my acne and for the regulation of any who has zinc, please call me to advise what to do …. also what vitamins I could, that could help my skin?
