My face got really dry from an acne treatment?
I have a new treatment of acne and after only three days on my face, it is now very dry. I considered it but it hurts to put moisturizer because my face is so dry and cracked. And my whole face feels brittle. I was just curious, how long will it take until my skin normal again … and if anyone knows what can I do get to speed up the process.
You do not say what the Acne treatment, but many acne treatments cause dry, red, scaly skin. This does not necessarily mean, you should stop the treatment, as is sometimes the skin needs to cure "to the treatment and most times skin get worse before it gets better. Maybe you should tell your doctor or dermatologist for treatment options to discuss and what to expect when using them?
