Incurable acne?
I am a female student. I have suffered from mild to moderate acne since I was 13. I have tried everything behind accutane. Salicylic acid washes (eg, Neutrogena) and benzol peroxide wash (ie, proactive) are too harsh for my sensitive skin. I have tried my face Wash with mild detergent and oil-free spot treatment with salicylic acid and benzene. It does not work. I have many brands of oil-free moisturizer, oil-up removers tried to clear, and oil-free foundations. I never sleep with makeup. I keep my hair from my face, do not touch my face and not not pop pimples. I Wheat-free milk-free diet and tried. It's all in vain. The eruptions are almost always in my T-zone. You get worse during PMS. I do not want accutane. Pill me migraines. Do I need more options?
This is what I suggest: Mix together baking soda and witch hazel / or water until it is about a good resistance, and then spread on your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. these two things are very cheap and it is very easy to do because there are only two ingredients. Toothpaste is to dry your pimple (for some people) well. Put just a little before going to bed. Some people use this as a mask but DO NOT EVER DO THIS! He can change your skin tone, so your face discolored. Aloe Vera helps reduce scars and less noticeable (lemon, cocoa butter, witch hazel, and tea tree oil do the same). Clearasil, Neutrogena, and proactive are good choices to start if you want a cleanser. Do not use soaps, Body, because they dry out the skin. Do not scrub too hard either, because they can irritate the skin. An egg yolk can be used to make the pores smaller. I, when I had pimples. Take the yolk (yellow part) and leave it on your face, soak for 10-15 minutes and rinse with warm water and then splash your face with cold water. Keep your hair off the face because the oils in your hair could go into the pores. Change the sheets, because they are trapped with dirt, oils, etc. Zinc (Type of vitamin), one of the best things you can use to get rid of pimples. You can buy these on almost all major grocery store (like Wal-Mart or Shaws.) Have one tablet per day and try to cut out the junk food and replace it with vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water and can not pop you acne. Popping acne can that cause acne scars. If you have sensitive skin, you should not do. Some can do the things that cause clogged pores and pimples. Keep your hands out of sight as much as you can because you hands are full of bacteria and oils.
