Acne Question: Is cutting milk from your diet and drinking more water really help?
I read somewhere that the people who have more than two Drink servings of milk per day (especially skim milk) are approximately 44% more a problem of acne than those who drink less or not at the. Any opinions or personal Experience with cutting milk / dairy products?
Personally I think the acne / Dairy Link is a myth this bizarre American paranoia born of milk, they blame it for everything from acne to short attention spans and even cancer. It will not hurt you to try to see it cut for a few weeks / months, If what happens. In my personal experience, the key is plenty of water for atleast 2 liters per day, but for Objective 3, and a good overall diet only makes sense if You go out to eat throughout the day for lunch and eating Mcdonalds Coca-Cola, you're asking for problems. I found that a low GI diet worked for me, I have also made sure that I do a lot of fruit and vegetables.
